In this class, Rebecca will show you the techniques for shaping, filling, and baking these delicious rolls, ensuring you achieve that perfect balance of soft, pillowy dough and rich, flavorful fillings. While the focus will be on shaping and flavoring, you’ll also pick up tips on glazing and finishing to give your rolls that signature Hazella touch.

Though it’s helpful to have taken our Brioche Dough or Swedish White Bread class, it’s not required. However, a basic understanding of bread-making is recommended, or you can choose to use store bought dough when making these at home. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or just looking to expand your baking repertoire, this class will leave you with the skills and confidence to create these Nordic delights at home.
