Our baker, Rebecca, grew up on this ranch in Christmas Valley, Oregon, where her father, David Roth, raises local, grass-fed, beef. David and his wife, Janette have been married for 55 years and their teamwork and love for what they do truly shows in the quality of their beef. As You Wish Flowers

Sandy and her husband have a flower farm in Lebanon, oregon, where they grow and sell the most beautiful blooms. We’ve partnered with As You Wish Flowers for a weekly table subscription to bring fresh, local, flowers to Hazella.

Our dear neighbors in Albany have blessed us with a selection of delicious cold brew coffee blends from beans they roast locally. Margin Coffee set out to provide a reminder to take time for the things that matter in life, and we coudln’t appreciate their sentiments more.

Miles Hay Farms

Rebecca’s son, Daniel, owns and operates Miles Hay Farms with his family in Fort Rock, Oregon. This farm has been in our family for seven generations. Daniel can be spotted out in the tractor with both babies in his lap with a grin on his face. We grind a selection of our grains for savory pastries, biscuits, and bread form Miles Hay Farms’ freshly-harvested wheat and rye.

Oregon Coffee and Tea, LLC is a unique coffee and tea store that is run by three generations of the Collett family in Corvallis, Ore. We are currently featuring 7 of their loose leaf, brilliantly crafted tea blends at Hazella.

This local kombucha & jun company out of Eugene, Ore. has really blown our minds with their flavor-packed, refreshing, gut-healthy brews. BNF is special to us because they share our value of local, quality raw ingredients. We offer a wide selection of their kombutchas, yerba mattes, and juns.

Wahl Family Farms

The husband and wife duo raise sheep, cattle, and hazelnuts along with their three kids in Tangent, Oregon. Wahl Family Farms is the result of five generations of hard work and knowledge. We source our hazelnuts and lamb for our menu from this amazing, down to earth, and friendly family.

We source our pork products featuring ham, bacon, and even lard from the Bell Family who own Nourished with Nature out of Tangent, Oregon. It has been a pleasure getting to know this family and offer their quality goods on our menu.
